Damon has just returned from a busy week spent inspecting and purchasing broodmares and weanlings on The Gold Coast.
Belmont Bloodstock signed for a total of 21 lots during the National Select Broodmare Sale for a range of new and long time clients.

Lot 185- Limerock Lass was purchased for a QLD based breeder for $210,000. Limerock Lass is a 3/4 sister to the exciting young stallion prospect in FOXWEDGE.
Lot 382-First Land, a mare by Generous in foal to the very popular young stallion WANTED was bought for $52,500 for a Victorian Stud Farm on the Tuesday of the sale. It was very exciting when the 3YO Fastnet Rock colt ‘Family Crest’ out of the newly aquired mare won impressivley at Bendigo the next day providing a nice pedigree update for the mare’s new owners.
Belmont Bloodstock will now have a few weeks break from public auctions before heading to Sydney for the Inglis Australian Weanling and Bloodstock Sale at the end of June.
