In what was a wet and miserable few days in Sydney, Damon managed to secure some nice mares at the Inglis Australian Breeding Stock Sale.
Belmont Bloodstock purchased the top lot of the broodmare session lot 447, Sunday Rose for $180,000. A young group 2 placed mare, Sunday Rose is an exceptional type and is in foal to AJC Derby winner Roman Emperor. She will visit Widden Stud’s exciting young sire Sebring this season.
