The 2011 Magic Millions National Broodmare sale was held on the Gold Coast from May 29-31.
Belmont Bloodstock was once again busy, purchasing 6 lots for a total of $808,500 including a top price of $465,000 for Group 2 winning Flying Spur mare Astrodame.
Astrodame hails from the prominent Midnight Fever family and is in foal to More Than Ready. She will return to Vinery this season for a repeat mating to their flagship stallion.
